合成2,6-二甲基苯酚催化剂的再生

摘    要:研究了合成 2 ,6二甲基苯酚催化剂的再生条件 ,考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、表面处理及不同气体等因素对催化剂再生的影响 ,测定了新催化剂、失活催化剂和再生催化剂的比表面、孔体积和碳含量 ,评定了再生催化剂的稳定性。结果表明 ,失活催化剂的碳含量较高 ,经过再生后催化剂的碳含量有所下降 ,催化活性有较大改善 ,再生催化剂有较好的稳定性。

Abstract:The regeneration of the catalyst used for the synthesis of 2,6dimethyl phenol was discussed. The effect of calcination time, calcination temperature, surface treatment and gas on properties of regenerated catalyst was studied. The surface area, pore volume and carbon content of new catalyst, catalyst lost catalytic activity and regenerated catalyst were measured. The stability of regenerated catalyst was also tested. The results showed that carbon content of catalyst lost catalytic activity was increased. After regeneration, the carbon content decreased and catalyst got some improvement on catalytic property. The result of catalyst stability test showed that the regenerated catalyst had stable catalytic activity.
