竹纤维织物的酶退浆工艺研究

摘    要:对竹纤维织物的酶退浆工艺进行研究,探讨了酶浓度、pH值、温度、处理时间、活化剂浓度等因素对退浆效果的影响,初步确定出退浆工艺,并通过正交试验得出竹纤维织物淀粉酶退浆的优化工艺。与碱退浆工艺进行对比表明,酶退浆可替代传统碱退浆。

Abstract:Desizing technology on bamboo fabric with amylase is researched, and the influence factors, including amylase concentration, pH value, temperature, time and activation agent concentration to amylase desizing are discussed. Optimum technology is obtained by orthogonal experiments.Desizing effects are compared between amylase desizing technology and traditional alkali desizing technology, and the conclusion of substituting amylase desizing for alkali desiring is deduced.
