针状焦的工业化生产

我国目前生产的针状焦已用于高功率(HP)石墨电极的生产,但还不能满足超高功率(UHP)石墨电极生产的需要。主要原因是由于油系针状焦生产中原料的选择和预处理、煤系针状焦原料预处理、延迟工艺及煅烧温度等环节还存在一定难度。目前国内已投产的针状焦生产装置有3套,总能力为7万t/a。预计2003年国内UHP产量将达到5万～6万t,HP产量也将有一定涨幅,耗用针状焦的总量将为8万～10万t。

Commercial Production of Needle Coke

At present, needle coke has been used in production of high-power( HP) graphite electrode in China, but still can not satisfy the requirements of ultrahigh-power( UHP) graphite electrode, because there are some difficulties in materials selection and pretreatment in production of oil-based needle coke, in material pretreatment in production of coal-based needle coke, in delayed coking process and calcining temperature control. Now, there are three production sets with a total capacity of 70,000t/a have been put into operation at home. In 2003, China's output of UHP is expected to reach 50,000 -60,000 tons, the HP production will also be increased to a certain extent, and the total consumption of needle coke will be 80,000 - 100,000 tons.
