杂环类制药废水处理工艺探讨

摘    要:通过对某制药厂杂环类制药废水处理工艺的考察,确定了处理废水的最佳方案。首先对该废水进行冷却结晶,盐分析出率最高达70%左右;然后用Fenton试剂对其进行氧化处理,可使TOC去除率达到50%以上,可生化性达0.6左右;最后用活性污泥法对该废水进行生化处理,可使出水指标达国家排放标准。

Abstract:In this paper, a new kind of treatment process used to treat pharmaceutical wastewater is described in detail, and the optimal scheme to treat pharmaceutical wastewater is also determined. Firstly the wastewater is cooled and crystallized in order to deposit salt, and the removal efficiency of salt is about 70%. Secondly, the wastewater was oxygenated by Fenton reagent. As the result, the removal efficiency of TOC is about 60% and the value of BOD/COD is about 0.6. Finally, the wastewater is biochemically treated by activated sludge process, and the parameter of effluent can meet the Government Discharging Standard.
