| Abstract: | Team construction is an important part of increasing basic management level of oilfields.And raising the construction level is an important measure to enhance the competitiveness of petroleum enterprises.The author advocates emphasizing such links as team head selection,team work cultivation,system establishment and the management of fields and security,thus promoting the integrated executive of teams earnestly and laying solid foundation for the scientific development of petroleum enterprises. |
