中国可持续建筑发展现状与改进途径的研究

本文在简要分析中国可持续建筑实施的重要性与成绩的基础上,针对中国国情,提出了中国可持续建筑发展在设备材料技术、设计方法、教育模式上所存在的问题与改进的方式和方向。指出设备材料技术不仅仅要在自主知识产权与创新上加强,还需考虑到经济性;设计方法需要改变"图示思维"为主的现状,以定量化数据为设计判断原则;教育上需要通过学校教育、职业再教育、普及教育等三个不同层级来加强可持续建筑推广的潜力。
