研究了真丝针织绸液体硫化染料染色技术,通过实验确立了有关工艺参数及技术条件。实施结果表明,真丝绸液体硫化染料染色具有染色牢度优良,匀染性及重演性好,染色成本低,工艺流程短等特点,成品内在及外观质量均优于常规染色。

Real Silk Knits Dyeing with Fluid Sulphurs

On the basis of researching real silk knit dyeing techniques with sulphurs, the relevant processparameters and technical conditions are determined through experiments. The application of theprocess indicates that fluid sulphurs used for real silk possesses such advantages as excellent colourfastness. evenness and reproducibility. The dyed products show better apparent and inherent quali-ty than conventional ones.
