曲轴车-车拉加工工艺切削模拟试验研究

摘    要:车-车拉工艺是现今汽车发动机曲轴主轴颈粗、半精加工中广泛应用的切削工艺。本文对车-车拉加工工艺流程进行了阐述,选取该工艺中最为复杂的斜刃车拉加工工序为研究对象,对涂层硬质合金斜刃车拉刀片的几何结构及涂层特点进行了分析。并基于Schroeter R B等人的试验方法,通过对刀具安装方式和工件材料的设计,在CNC斜床身车床上建立了切削模拟试验平台。通过改变总切深ap与进给量f,对斜刃车拉加工工艺进行了切削模拟试验,研究了斜刃车拉刀片的受力变化特点,以及上述两参数对切削力、加工表面圆度与加工表面粗糙度的影响特征。研究结果表明:在切削速度170 m/min条件下,斜刃车拉切削参数在总切深ap=0.15~0.2 mm,f=0.1~0.15 mm/r范围内选取,能获得较好的切削效果。

Experimental Cutting Simulation Research on Turn-turn-broaching
Abstract:Turn-turn-broaching is widely used in rough and semi-finish manufacturing of the crankshaft.In this paper,the process of turn-turn-broaching was described.The turn-broaching insert with an oblique edge was chosen as the object of research.The insert's coating structure and geometric constructions were analyzed.Based on the experiment of Schroeter R B,the experimental cutting simulation platform was established on a CNC lathe through redesigning the fixing of tool bar and the workpiece.The cutting simulation experiments with different cutting depth ap and the feed f were carried out.The change of cutting forces was researched.The influence of ap and f on cutting forces,circular degree and surface roughness were analyzed.The results show that when the cutting speed is 170 m/min,the better performance can be got with the parameters of ap=0.15~0.2 mm and f=0.1~0.15 mm/r.
