| 摘 要： | 主要分析了铿华锅炉压力容器厂在生产型号为LHS0.2-0.4-Y蒸汽锅炉时,前管板产生较大焊接变形的原因,并提出采用选择合理焊接顺序、选择合理的焊接方法和采用反变形法和焊后火焰矫正法等方法来加以预防和处理。通过采用上述方法,减少了焊接变形和焊接应力,从而提高产品的品质和安全性能,避免由于焊接变形给生产带来的额外工序,缩短生产周期,降低产品成本。
