摘    要:以原材料聚丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂(ABS)为研究对象,探索试验机夹具、引伸计精度和位置及测试方法设置对试样拉伸性能测试结果的影响。结果表明:夹具类型和引伸计的积分时间对测试结果影响不大,但引伸计积分时间增加会导致每组试验数据波动增加。引伸计的位置和标称应变测试方法对断裂标称应变结果影响大。

Abstract:The effects of grips, extensometers accuracy, the position of extensometers and the test meth- od setting for specimen of acrylonitrile hutadiene styrene(ABS) on tensile properties were studied. The results show that the type of grips and integral time of extensometers have no effect on tensile proper- ties. However, strain fluctuations increases significantly with the increase of the integral time. The po- sition of extensometers and test method for nominal strain have great influence on nominal strain at break.
