摘    要:以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺及邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯为交联剂,丙烯酸及丙烯酸钠为聚合单体,采用氧化还原引发剂和水溶液聚合制备高吸水性树脂(SAP)。研究了反应温度对聚合反应过程和SAP性能的影响。结果表明:当反应供热系统温度为65°C,反应物料温度为30°C的条件下,添加聚合引发剂,其聚合反应比较平稳,所制备的SAP产品性能较优。

Abstract:A sodium polyacrylate superabsorbent was prepared by solution polymerization method using NBMA and DAP as cross-linker and oxidiation-reduction initiator. The results showed that when the reaction environment temperature was 65 ℃ and the reaction monomer solution's temperature was 30 ℃,after adding the initiator the polymerization reaction was steady and smooth, and the performance of the superabsorbent product was superior.
