| 摘 要： | 针对该冲压件弯曲成形难的问题，设计了双凸模弯曲模，通过双凸模的依次动作可一次成形该零件的复杂形状。并介绍了模具的工作过程、特点和主要零部件设计。该模具对类似件的模具设计有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the difficulties in the bending forming of punching parts, the bending die with dual-punch is designed, the complex shape of this part is once formed by the ordinal action of dual-punch. In addition, the diels process, character, and main parts design are introduced respectively. This die can be referenced by the die design of similar parts. |
