| 摘 要： | 简介了大型高纯氮设备配套膨胀机的技术参数及要求,结合5000m3/h高纯氮设备膨胀机的设计经验,分析了膨胀机设计中的主要技术难点的解决方法及方案优化;同时,结合现场试车数据对膨胀机进行了性能分析。

| Abstract: | After a short introduction of technical parameters and requirements of the expander in large scale high-purity nitrogen producing units, we analyzed the solutions to key technical difficulties and the scheme optimization, according to the design experience of the expander for a 5000m^3/h high-purity nitrogen plant. The performance analysis has also been done with the help of the operating data from trial runs. |
