| Abstract: | The design of measure blind incline which is the main passageway of the capital construction of Panluo Iron Mine's second phase maintenance project is required to be rational,have short construction period and be able to rea lize the aim of internal discharge of inner waste rock.The design and construction of the skip blind incline according to the mine's conditions are described. |
