承钢高炉煤气人工测尘方法

摘    要:利用高炉煤气进行余压发电,必须对煤气进行净化处理,在此过程中要检测煤气含尘量,确保余压发电系统正常运行。介绍了2种高炉煤气测尘方法,重点介绍了承钢高炉煤气人工测尘方法。该方法简单,气体体积和含尘量均换算为标准状态,精确度较高。

Abstract:In TRT the blast furnace gas must be cleaned, and in this procedure it is need to detect the dust content in gas to guarantee the normal operation of the system. It is introduced two kinds of detecting method as well as in emphasis the manual method in Cheng Steel. The later is simple, and in that method air volume and dust content all be changed into a standard status, and has better accuracy.
