阔马酸及其衍生物的合成

摘    要:以苹果酸为原料,合成阔马酸(6-氧代-6H-3-羧酸)及其酯化、氨解衍生物,优化合成方法。本实验采用浓硫酸为催化剂通过分子间环合反应合成化合物1阔马酸,并以阔马酸为原料合成酯化化合物2和化合物3、氨解产物化合物4。结果表明:合成了阔马酸,优化反应条件,提高了产率,以阔马酸为原料合成系列酯化、氨解产物,并通过核磁共振碳谱对目标产物进行了结构确证。

Synthesis of Coumalic Acid and its Derivatives

Abstract:Coumalic acid and its derivatives were prepared from malic acid by the esterification reaction and ammonolysis reaction and the synthetic method was optimized. Concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst, coumalic acid was synthesized by intermolecular cyclization reaction, and then its derivatives were prepared from coumalic acid. The reaction condition was optimized and the productivity was improved. Structure of the products was determined by 13C - NMR.
