Mechanism characteristic and sizing effect of GA308 sizing machine were analysed.Through producing T/C 13.1 tex,C 14.6 tex et al yarns,mechanism operational situation and product quality of GA308 sizing machine were studied and analysed.Sizing quality and weaving effect et al indexes indicate that GA308 sizing machine adopt seven units transmission,the structure is simple,electric and temperature automation were achieved,the precision and reliability are higher.It is pointed out that to perfect the seven units sizing machine performance some aspects should be improved including beam unwinding device,warp beam creel,size box circulation pipeline,wet splitting device et al.
