| Abstract: | Goal is the direct regulator from human activities, but setting up such goals bears a defect of deficiency in the teaching of physical education. Through a careful research on this phenomenon, this paper aims to illustrate the application of goal setting up and encouragement in the teaching of physical education so as to improve teaching quality of physical education through achievement of such goals. |
