摘    要:在对工业废水水质特性进行分析的基础上,研究了叠片过滤器-UF与反渗透相组合工艺对达标排放的造纸废水的处理效果.试验研究表明,叠片过滤器-UF作为预处理工艺对废水中的有机物、浊度及色度等特征污染物去除效果明显,出水水质稳定,达到反渗透系统的进水水质要求,反渗透系统对离子的去除率达90%,脱盐率高,出水水质稳定,达到造纸工业工艺生产用水水质要求.

NEW INTEGRATED MEMBRANE TECHNOLOGY FOR INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER REUSING TREATMENT
Abstract:In the study we tried to evaluate treatment effeciency of papermaking wastewater discharge standard of the technique which combined laminated filter and UF with RO, on the basis of analyzing industry wastewater character. The test results indicated that laminated filter-UF as a pretreatment to remove like as organic matter, turbidity and chromaticity characteristics pollutants in wastewater successfully. The output water quality of pretreatment was stable and met the request of RO system, from which ion remove rate reached to 90%, with high rate of desalination, and effluent quality from the system was stable, which met the production water quality requirements of paper industry.
