大麻纤维的蒸汽闪爆-化学联合脱胶工艺技术

摘    要:为了克服化学法脱胶对环境污染严重和单一蒸汽闪爆法脱胶效果不太理想的弊端,探讨了蒸汽闪爆-化学联合脱胶技术.通过光学显微镜观察、化学成分分析、傅里叶红外光谱、X-射线衍射及不同温湿度下的吸湿回潮率测定等方法,对比分析了蒸汽闪爆-化学联合脱胶工艺与化学脱胶工艺这2种方法对大麻结构与性能的影响.测试结果表明:蒸汽闪爆-化学联合处理使大麻纤维表面变得洁净,纤维素含量比化学脱胶法的更高,达到88.587%;闪爆-化学联合脱胶后大麻纤维仍属纤维素Ⅰ结晶结构,结晶度降低;闪爆-化学联合脱胶提高了大麻纤维的吸湿性,其吸湿机理仍与其他纤维基本一致.
