在用桥、门式起重机主梁上拱度合格判定的探讨

摘    要:指出了国家标准对在用桥、门式起重机主梁上拱度合格判定没有明确规定的问题。从设计制造和使用维修2方面,分析了在用桥、门式起重机主梁上拱度减少的原因及主梁下挠对起重机使用性能的影响。得出了在用桥、门式起重机应根据下挠的测量结果,结合起重机本身的状况、工作级别、使用环境、使用年限和检验员自身经验来综合考虑和判定上拱度合格的方法。

Abstract:There are no up arch degree's requirements of service overhead traveling and gantry cranes specified in National standards.The paper discusses why main girder's up arch degree of the cranes reduces and how it influences cranes' service performances,from the aspects of design,manufacture and maintenance.It gives the way to decide whether the crane can continue to be used according to measuring results of arch,service status,duty class,operational environment,service life and checker's experience.
