| 摘 要： | 论述了轮胎蒸气充氮硫化在国内应用的现实性,对各种氮气制备方法及氮气供应方式的特点、可靠性和经济性进行分析比较。认为国内轮胎厂或轮胎生产线有可能选择碳分子筛变压吸附装置供氮系统、膜分离装置供氮系统或液氮气化供氮系统。轮胎厂应用蒸汽充氮硫化将会获得技术上的优势和显著的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Describes the feasibility of tire curing steam with nitrogen gas used in China,presents the properties of each kind of nitrogen gas preparing method and the supply way of nitrogen gas and provides the analysis comparison of reliability and economy.The nitrogen supply system,membrane separation device of nitrogen gas of supply system and the nitrogen supply system of liquid nitrogen gas of carbon element sieve absorption device may be selected and used domestic tire factory and tire production line.The steam curing with nitrogen gas used in the factory will gain the advantages of technology and the good economy. |
