摘    要:本文给出了一种新颖的、全集成的、3-5GHz脉冲式超宽带发射机。发射机为BPSK调制模式,采用SMIC 0.13μm工艺流片,电源电压为1.2V,芯片总面积为0.8x0.95 mm2。基于脉冲式冲击响应滤波方法,发射机采用可调电阻R与选频网LC并联组成滤波网,实现脉冲带宽、长度和幅度参数连续可调。考虑脉冲式超宽带极低占空比的特点,本文提出的输出buffer大幅降低整体功耗。测试结果表明:发射机在100MHz的脉冲传输速率下,实现了16.3pJ/pulse的低功耗,同时所产生的脉冲完全符合FCC的频谱规定。脉冲长度从900ps-1.5ns连续可调,脉冲最小幅值为178mVpp,最大幅值为432mVpp.
