永磁感应子式无刷直流电动机的模型及控制

摘    要:该文根据永磁感应子式电动机的结构和参数的特点,建立了三相永磁感应子式无刷直流电动机的磁网络模型。推导了三相永磁感应子式电动机的自感和互感,指出了永磁感应子式电动机的自感和互感均不是常数,电机的凸极效应是由转子存在齿槽和永磁体的磁阻引起的。推导了三相永磁感应子式无刷直流电动机系统在dq参考坐标系下的数学模型。在此基础上分析了电机系统实现矢量控制的机理,为实现永磁感应子式无刷直流电动机系统的磁场定向控制提供依据。

Abstract:In this paper the magnetic network model of three-phase permanent magnet inductor synchronous motor (PMISM) is established according to the characteristics of structure and parameters of PMISM. The influence of self-inductance and mutual inductance of three-phase PMISM is analyzed, the result indicates that both the self-inductance and mutual inductance are not constants. And also indicates that the salient pole effect has been produced not only by the teeth and slots on the rotor but also by the magnetic resistance of the permanent magnet. The dq mathematical model of PMISM system is established. The vector control principle of PMISM is analyzed. The application rule of using magnetic field direction control scheme is obtained.
