| 摘 要： | 通过对某钢厂的9辊中板矫直机进行变辊距技术的优化研究,总矫直力和各辊矫直力的分布较原定辊距方式有较大幅度改善.这种研究方法对一般矫直机的设计和改造也有一定的指导意义.

| Abstract: | By researching technology of varied roller-distance of straightener with the dispersal optimization, total pressure and the distribution of each roller's pressure was improved to be better than that of the fixed roller-distance. The researching method is efficacious for the design and remaking of ordinary straightener. |
