摘    要:天生桥一级水电站面板混凝土配合比设计及应用是较成功的。在保证各项指标的前提下重点考虑的是防裂抗渗,这就要求配合比具有较少的水灰比、较低的水泥用量、掺加较多的混合料,并有一定的含气量。在具体施工的质量控制过程中,特别加强了混凝土坍落度、含气量的控制,对原材料“热包”水泥及骨料的含泥量也有较为严格的控制,保证了试验配合比与施工配合比的一致性,防止有害裂缝的产生,取得了较好的工程质量和一定的经济效益。

Abstract:Crack prevention and anti-seepage is the emphasis in the mix design of face slab concrete for Tianshengqiao Phase I hydropower station, under the premise that all kinds of other indices are guaranteed, requiring a low water-ash ratio, low cement consumption, adding of more admixture and certain air content. Control of concrete slump and air content is emphasized in construction quality control, and the control is more strict in soil content in aggregate and raw cement that does not meet the standard requirements in temperature for delivery, ensuring the conformity in experimental and actual mix proportions and bringing about good project quality and economic benefit.
