基于CCD图像传感器的火焰温度场测量的研究

摘    要:研究了比色测温法的原理,推出了计算高温物体温度场的计算公式,并运用图像处理技术得到了高温物体表面的温度分布。同时以酒精灯火焰作为研究对象,通过彩色CCD工业相机和图像采集卡设置图像的各种参数,将火焰的数字图像采集到计算机,在对图像进行预处理后计算出火焰图像的温度场,最终生成了相应的等温线。

Abstract:The principle of colorimetric thermometry is studied, the formula for the temperature ifeld of the high temperature object is deduced, and the temperature distribution of high temperature object is obtained with image processing technology. Taking the lfame of alcohol burner as the research object, the parameters are set through color CCD camera and image acquisition card, and the digital images of lfames are captured to computer, after the image preprocessing, the temperature ifeld of the lfame images are calculated, and the relevant isotherms are generated.
