摘    要:根据我国大部分油田偏远分散布线不利的特点,在目前多数油田监控采用485总线等进行远程通信的现状基础上,设计了采用32位Cortex-M3内核的STM32F103C8T6和ENC28J60嵌入式服务器,并利用ZigBee传感网络发送BMP085采集的压力和温度数据到该服务器,由服务器再通过以太网发送至监控端的压力监控系统。相比485总线,本设计在传输速率等方面具有显著提升且性能稳定,从而为油田信息化和自动化监控提供了一个有效方案。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of difficult wiring in most Chinese oil fields due to their remote dispersion, the embedded server with STM32F103C8T6 and ENC28J60 using 32-bit Cortex-M3 core was designed on the basis of the status quo that 485 bus is used in most of the oil fields to perform the remote monitoring and communication. The pressure and temperature data collected by BMP085 are sent to the server through ZigBee sensor network, and then transmitted to the pressure monitoring system at monitoring terminal from the server via the Ethernet. Compared to the 485 bus, the system designed with the new method has faster transmission rate and more stable performance. Therefore, an effective scheme was provided for informatization and automation control of oil field industry.
