| 摘 要： | 设备管理者、决策者对拟建项目或者在用设备是否需要更新?如何决定设备更新的时间?年平均成本是考虑净现值支出时间及设备更新前动态时的成本支出,关注在物质流动的同时资金的流动,考虑设备经济寿命在经济上最为有利时作出更新,以提高决策的科学性。
