铸钢空心球节点与焊接空心球节点的性能比较

摘    要:铸钢空心球节点是一种新兴的节点形式,而焊接空心球节点是工程中已被广泛采用的节点形式。本文首先将铸钢空心球节点与焊接球节点在材质与节点构造两方面进行了比较分析,研究了两节点材质与构造的差异。然后利用有限元软件ANSYS对比分析了两类节点的应力分布特点及破坏机理,得到了铸钢空心球节点的受力特性。最后通过与焊接球节点设计方法的比较,探讨了铸钢空心球节点的设计与计算方法。本文的研究结果不仅对推广铸钢空心球节点在工程中的应用具有指导意义,而且可为我国即将编制的铸钢节点规范提供参考。

Abstract:Cast steel hollow spherical joint is a new type of joint,and welded hollow spherical joint is a widely used type of joint in engineering.Firstly,the comparison on material and construction of the two kinds of joint is studied in the paper.Secondly,by using the ANSYS finite element software,the stress distribution and failure mechanism of the two kinds of joint are analyzed comparatively,the static behaviors of the cast steel hollow spherical joint are obtained.Through comparison with the design of welded hollow spherical joint,the methods of design and calculation for cast steel hollow spherical joint are studied. The results are useful to develop the cast steel hollow spherical joint in engineering practice and maybe as reference for the upcoming code of the joint.
