摘    要:因循环冷却水加药不当,产生大量泡沫,使水夹泡沫进入分子筛吸附器,分子筛失去吸附能力,水分进入空分塔,影响空分设备的正常运行。介绍了故障的处理措施和效果,总结了循环冷却水处理和分子筛纯化系统操作方面的经验。

Abstract:An improper usage of medicament into circulatory cooling water led to a mass of bubbles. Water, together with bubbles, entered molecular sieve adsorber, which disabled its adsorption capability of water. As a result, an abnormal operation of air separation unit was caused by the water entering to the air separation column. Treatment measures of the malfunction and corresponding effect have been introduced, followed by a summary of experience about treatment of circulatory cooling water and operation of molecular sieve purification system.
