Constructing a digital environment in architecture education with the use of Internet

The introduction of a constructivism-based digital network environment in architecture education will definitely further develop the traditional classroom approach and provide a supplement. It will also build up a pilot experience for further implementation of distance courses in architecture education. This conclusion is drawn from the analysis of limitations of the traditional classroom approach and advantages of digital learning environment in architecture education. This paper will systematically, from both theory and actual practice, explain the characteristics and structuring principles of digital education environment.
