攀枝花钛渣熔盐氯化盐系组成的研究

摘    要:根据熔盐氯化的机理和攀枝花钛渣的特点,系统的研究了熔盐氯化工业试验的工艺条件、盐系组成。论证了采用自生盐系的可能性。采用自生盐系,不消耗钾、钠盐,也有利于镁的综合利用。

Abstract:Based on the mechanism of fused salt chlorination and the features of Panzhihua titanium bearing slag,the process conditions and components of salt system were systematically investigated in industrial test of fused salt chlorination. The feasibility to use self-forming salt system was discussed. The potassium and sodium salts are not consumed with self-forming salt system,which is beneficial to comprehensively utilize magnesium in Panzhihua titanium bearing slag.
