氨合成塔用大厚度14Cr1MoR钢板的研制开发

摘    要:结合氨合成塔的技术要求以及舞钢4 200 mm宽厚板生产线的装备特点,通过优化成分设计、合理控制冶炼、轧制及热处理工艺,成功开发出厚度达151 mm的14Cr1MoR钢板,并对所研制的钢板进行了力学、理化性能检验。结果表明:舞钢开发的151 mm厚14Cr1MoR钢板组织为均匀的单一贝氏体回火组织,具有良好的常温、高温拉伸性能和优良的低温冲击韧性。

Study and Development of Large Thickness 14Cr1MoR Steel Plate for Ammonia Converter
Abstract:Combining the technical requirements of ammonia converter with installation features of Wugang 4 200 mm wide and heavy plate production line, rationally controlling metling, rolling and heat treatment process,Wugang successfully develops 151 mm thick 14Cr1MoR steel plate and performs mechanical testing and chemical analysis on the developed steel plate.The results show that the steel plate composes of uniform and sole bainiate tempering microstructure and possesses good tensile properties at ambient temperature and elevated temperature, excellent low temperature impact toughness.
