摘    要:在中厚板生产中,钢板需要通过横移装置运送到翻板机处进行表面质量检查,但在翻板机翻臂的提升过程中,钢板在重力作用下沿翻臂向下移动,并在横移链条之间产生相对滑动,导致钢板下表面划痕。南钢从理论力学角度对滑动过程进行分析,最终确定钢板划伤原因并制定设备改进方案。通过实施增大翻板机翻臂托轮直径和标高等设备改造措施,解决了翻板机划伤钢板表面的难题。

The Analysis and Solution of Steel Plate Scratches Problem Caused by Turnover Device in NISCO
Abstract:During steel plate production,the finish product has to be delivered to turnover device via cross transfer chain for surface inspection.But in the lifting-up process of turnover arm,the steel plate moves downward along the arm under the action of gravity.The relative movement between steel plate and cross transfer chain results in scratches on the bottom surface of steel plate.NISCO performs analysis on the movement from the view point of theoretical mechanics,finds outs the causes of the scratches and establishes corrective measures on equipment.By means of equipment revamping measures such as increasing the diameter and raising the elevation level of riding wheel for turnover arm,the turnover scratching problem on bottom surface of steel plate has been resolved.
