| 摘 要： | 新余钢铁股份有限公司中厚板厂车底式加热炉存在炉压波动大、密封效果差以及台车车轮轴承更换频繁的问题。针对这些问题进行了分析,提出了解决方案。设备经过改造后,加热炉的使用效率得到明显提高。

| Abstract: | For the problems of unstable furnace atmosphere pressure,sealing failure and frequent roller wheel bearing replacements in the car-bottom reheating furnace of Xingang Medium and Heavy Plate Mill,the paper makes analysis and raises appropriate solution.After taking corrective measures on equipment,the operation efficiency of the furnace has been significantly improved. |
