摘    要:介绍了双层烘缸的特点和类型,与传统烘缸对比,分析探讨了多通道双层烘缸表面温度分布不均的原因和机理。通过建立离心力模型来分析烘缸表面温度变化,改变影响离心力的各因素,降低高温区的温度,缩小三个温区的温差,优化烘缸表面温度分布。

Abstract:The paper introduces types and characteristics of the two deck dryer. Compared with the traditional dryer,it analyses and discussses the causes and mechanism of surface temperature's uneven distribution of multi-channel double-dryer.
