基于LS-SVM的传感器阵列多维信号智能提取方法研究

摘    要:传感器阵列可同时对多个信号进行测量,而对多个输入信号进行解耦和并行提取是其关键。提出一种基于最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)的传感器阵列输入信号逆向提取智能方法,该方法基于结构风险最小化,能够逼近任意复杂的非线性关系且泛化能力强。仿真试验表明,该方法具有拟合精度高、运算速度快、容易实现等优点,适用于对传感器阵列多个输入信号进行解耦和并行提取。

Abstract:Sensor array can measure many signals synchronously.However,it is the key of sensor array to decompose and pick up multi-input signals.The paper put forward an intelligent method based LS-SVM to pick up input signals of sensor array.The method can approach arbitrary complex non-linear relationship closely and provide with better generalization capability because it is based on structure risk minimization.Imitating experimentation shows the proposed model is high in interpolating precise,quick in calculation...
