| Abstract: | State grid propose to build a unified strong and smart grid based on the principle of unified planning,construction and uniform standards,with a series of norms and standards related to smart substation issued in succession.Combining the technical specifications of the existing issued and the practice of intelligent substations in operation,the principle of protection configurations of 110kV smart substation was illustrated and intelligent substation relay protection testing and acceptance content were analyzed. |
