单相两级式光伏并网发电系统的研究与设计

摘    要:设计了一套基于英飞凌XE164单片机的单相两级式500W光伏并网发电系统.分析了系统的结构和控制原理,进行了孤岛保护的软件设计.实验结果表明,可输出稳定的220 V交流电压,实现了光伏系统电流型并网.通过高频变换降低成本,实现装置的小型化.

Abstract:From the design requirements,analyzing of different topologies and comparing their efficiency and control effectiveness,and then design a 500W single-phase two-stage grid-connected PV system based on the microcontroller of Infineon XE164.The paper analyses the system structure and control principles,and designs the software flowchart of island protected.The experimental results show that the output can achieve stable 220 V AC voltage,the sine-wave output current synchronized with grid voltage is realized.The system has advantages of s mall volume and low cost due to the energy is transferred through high frequency conversion.
