基于元胞自动机的棉制品图像的拼接方法

摘    要:棉制品布面检测中,布面图像的采集很关键,通过棉制品图像拼接来得到一幅大范围完整的图像.用固定相机和调节运作台传输的速度可以人为的设定两幅图像重叠范围.先对待拼接的图像进行去噪和二值化,去掉较多的伪信息,来得到较好的图像轮廓信息;接着用元胞自动机模型进行图像边缘检测得到边缘信息;再提取出特征点进行图像拼接和融合后,得到一幅大视角的图像.实验结果证明这种方法可以有效地实现特征点较少的图像间的拼接.

Abstract:To detect the cotton cloth surface,the key lies in image collection.In this paper,a large range of integrity image is made by the cotton image mosaicing.The overlap area of two images is set by fixing camera and adjusting the transmission speed of the operating platform.Firstly,the false information is removed to get better image contour information by image denoising and binaryzation.Secondly,image edge detection is used to obtain edge information with the cellular automata model.Finally,a big view of the image is obtained by image mosaicing and fusion.Experimental results show that this method achieves effectively image mosaicing for the less feature points between images.
