摘    要:以S iC l4为脱氟剂,在活性炭存在下,对包钢选矿厂的尾矿进行碳热氯化反应。生成的氯化物溶于水后,用安替吡啉偶氮Ⅲ测其稀土总量。结果表明,在pH2.0的HC l-KC l溶液中,安替吡啉偶氮Ⅲ与镧形成蓝色的配合物,其最大吸收波长在740nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=8.8965×104L.mol-1.cm-1,稀土的浓度在0~30μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律。该方法灵敏可靠,用本法测定尾矿氯化产物中稀土的总量,结果满意。

Abstract:A large amount of rare earths exits in tailings of Baotou Stell′s concentractor and can be reused.The tailings of Baotou Steel′s concentrator was used as raw material to investigate the carbochlorination reaction with SiCl_4 as a de-fluorination agent.The chloride products were solved in water.The rare earth content was determined by reacting Antipyrylazo Ⅲ with rare earths.The results show that in HCl-KCl solution at pH2.0 antipyrylazo Ⅲ reacts with rare earths to form a blue complexes.The maximum absorption wavelength of complex is at 740nm and its apparent molar absorptivity is 8.8965×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1).Beer′s Law is obeyed in the rang of 0 to 30μg/25mL.The method is sensitive and reliable.The method has been used for the determination of RE in sample of chlorinated rare earth tailings with satisfactory results.
