| 摘 要： | 水利工程投资控制是一项综合性、专业性、政策性较强的活动。通过大鹏半岛支线供水工程建设各阶段的投资控制实践,简要论述了水利工程建设的各个阶段如何进行投资控制,以取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | The investment control of the water conservancy engineering is an integrative and professional activity affected strongly by policy.This article discussed how to separately control the investments in various stages of the construction in order to obtain the economic and social benefits through the practice of the investment control for the branch water supply project in Dapeng Peninsula. |
