| 摘 要： | 给出了外载条件下接触热阻的基本计算公式，然后用有限元法对立柱与主轴箱结构的接触变形进行了计算，并用实验验证了计算的准确性，为精密机术的设计，热控制和补偿提供了新的方法。

| Abstract: | Basic formulation of contact thermal resistance is presented in this paper, Contact thermal deformation of vertical column and spindle box of machine\|tools is researched in FEAM. For results have been compared with the corresponding test values.New approach is presented for design of precision machine\|tool, temperature controls and error compensation. |
