| 摘 要： | 临近空间是目前的一个研究热点,构筑并分析临近空间系统是该领域发展的必然趋势。而临近空间系统所涉及的因素很多,分析也比较复杂,综述了临近空间环境特征及其对临近空间系统的影响,从平台、载荷、指挥控制以及应用系统4个方面对临近空间系统进行了分析,在此基础上对临近空间系统能力进行探索性研究,以期为临近空间系统研究及其评估提供支持。

| Abstract: | Near space system is a research hotspot, and it＇s an inevitable trend to construct a near space system. It is complex to analyze a near space system for there are many affect factors. The characters of near space environment and its influence on near space systems are summarized in this paper. And then near space system is analyzed, referring to the platform, the payloads, the command and control system and the application system. At last, the effectiveness of near space system is analyzed based on its capability. All these efforts are performed for providing some supports to the research on near space system and the evaluation of its effectiveness. |
