| 摘 要： | 以宁夏中卫电力通信光纤传输网改造为背景，针对现有电力通信光纤传输网的现状与不足，分析了电力通信光纤传输网的发展方向，提出了采用同步数字传输系统（SDH）技术对现有中卫电力通信光纤传输网网络资源进行优化升级改造方案，介绍了优化方案的组网方式及网络拓扑结构。
