摘    要:应用数值计算的方法,比较研究了某型导叶叶片不同周向弯曲对叶栅流动性能的影响,结果包括总压损失系数、出口气流静压、马赫数沿叶高分布。计算基于时均N—S方程,湍流模型为Baldwin-Lomax模型。结果表明,该导叶简单的斜置叶片可以提高叶根局部的流动性能,叶顶流动性能差,对整个叶栅的流动性能的提高却十分有限,J型弯曲可以兼顾叶很和叶顶流动而义弯曲母线易于计算优化。C型弯曲叶顶流动性能较好,但弯曲母线选择优化困难。

Abstract:By using a numerical calculation method compared and studied is the influence of different circumferential curving of guide vanes on cascade flow performance. The study involves the distribution of total pressure loss factor, outlet gas flow static pressure and Mach number along the blade height. Calculations are based on time average Navier Stokes equations with a turbulence model being of Baldwin Lomax type. The results of the study indicate that the positively leaned blade of the guide vanes can improve blade root local flow performance, but offers a poor blade tip flow performance, thus resulting in a very limited enhancement of the flow performance of the cascade as a whole. J type curvature is conducive to improving both the blade root and blade tip flows. Moreover, the curved generatrix lends itself easily to calculation optimization. C type curved blade offers a relatively good blade tip flow performance, but it is difficult to select an optimization for a curved generatrix.
