| 摘 要： | 介绍了金刚石薄膜的场发射机理,从理论和实验上分析了改进其场发射特性的观点和方法,结果证明:减小金刚石晶体尺寸以及在金刚石薄膜中掺杂一定量的杂质原子有助于改善金刚石薄膜的场发射性能.
