摘    要:淮北矿业股份有限公司朱仙庄煤矿主采煤层8煤,平均9.98m厚,但开采条件复杂,煤层极松软,局部煤层倾角超过40°,通过加强顶煤管理、保证支架及前后刮板输送机稳定性、防止煤炭自燃发火等措施,最大限度提高回收率,实现了大倾角松软特厚易燃煤层综放安全高效开采。

Abstract:Huaibei mining limited company Zhuxianzhuang coal mine primary mineable coal bed the eighth coal, average thickness is 9.98m. But exploitation conditions are complex,coal seam is very flaccidness, and the coal seam dip angle on the partial exceed 40°.By taking measures, include strengthening roof management,guaranteeing the stability of the supports and the pre and post scraper conveyor. Preventing the coal spontaneous combustion and ignition, we recovery enhancement in maximum. We realized safety and high efficiency fully-mechanized caving of the large inclined angle, flaccidness, extra thick and inflammable coal seam.
