超高效液相色谱法测定冬瓜中DEHP的含量

邻苯二甲酸二（2-乙基己基）酯（DEHP）是一种应用较广泛的邻苯二甲酸酯类有机污染物。对冬瓜中DEHP的含量测定方法进行了研究，建立了超高效液相色谱（UPLC）测定蔬菜中DEHP含量的方法。实验结果表明：方法线性范围为0．0001～1．0mg／mL，样品检出限为3．62×10-3mg／kg，加标回收率为91．3％～96．7％。该分析方法具有时间短、选择性好、干扰少等特点，能满足蔬菜中DEHP的分析要求，具有实际的检测价值。

Concentrations of DEHP in benincasa hispida by UPLC

Di-（2-ethylhexyl） phthalate （DEHP）,a phthalate ester, is widely used as a plasticizer in the manufacture of plastics. However, high dose DEHP may leads to teratogenic,carcinogenic.This essay generally studied the determine methods of DEHP in Benincasa hispida by UPLC.The results indicated that the working curve of DEHP was in the linear range from 0.0001mg/ml to 1.0mg/ml with detection limits （3S/N）was 3.62 x 10-3mg/kg.The recovery rate lied between 91.3% and 96.7%.This method is precise and selective, little interference. With high practical application value,the method can fulfill the analysis of DEHP.
